Ardbeg Airigh Nam Beist 1990

Region: Islay

ABV: 46%

Tasting: Smoke, subtle peat & floral/sweet notes

Notes: This was the official Scotch of the 2010 bouldering season, but sadly the Beist is now an endangered animal and only resurfaces on special occasions.

Ardbeg Alligator

http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/de-dolle-oerbier-special-reserva/28132/

Style: It’s in its own category.

Origin: Belgium

ABV: 13%

Tasting: Sour and oaky.  Almost seems more than a wine.  That 13% alcohol is well hidden.  This is one to share at the end of the day.
